Portland, OR based Nemo Design has it spot on. Pulled from their About page:
Highly collaborative, integrated marketing that is media agnostic. The biggest ideas, the best context, and the deepest impact are all we’re concerned about as we build visionary brands. We use (or invent) whatever media and tools will resonate within a culture. “Does it change the game?” is our collective mission as we evolve interactive design, social networks, PR, environmental design, print design, photography, entertainment and original content.
Nemo also has a great blog, Studio Nemo..and did I mention I love their passion for and interest in the snowsports (and extreme sports) culture and industry, which is pleasantly evident in their work.

Mother Nature has a unique sense of humor, but, truth be told, the seasons are changing, summer is becoming reality, the sizzling Dog Days are approaching, and we find ourselves interested in what these upcoming months will mean. We are determined to make this summer a special one, and there have already been steps taken in the right direction with the newly acquired studio space in Brooklyn. Actually, the crew just spent the past few days away from New York; going back home to Southern California and Central Pennsylvania to spend some overdue time with family and old friends. Today, our team took an alternate route back to the East Village from Lewistown. Instead of going straight I76, we cut through the Pennsylvanian Corn Belt, into Van Wert, stopping once at a post on Flint Ridge to pick up the new seating for the studio cut from some of the local hardwoods.

On Set @ Nooka
May 6th, 2009. By Paul.

This was the least revealing, but my personal favorite behind the scenes photograph shot by one of our assistants, Victor Ng on set last weekend in Pittsburgh, PA. A freshman at the Carnegie Mellon design school, this kid is already tearing it up with his work. Under the teachings of faculty professor and super talented emerging photographer, Dylan Vitone, I’m curious to see what this guys undergraduate body of work will show in a short three years.
So we’re really excited for the results of the back-to-back Nooka campaigns shot down there — keep your head up for more of the same.

A Welcomed Blast from the Past
April 15th, 2009. By Joffy.
Everyone has been there. You’re looking for something in your attic or basement and you stumble upon something you made a long time ago. When you first made it, it was possibly the greatest thing ever produced. When you think back on it, it seems you greatly undervalued it’s initial genius, and in your mind it gets better still. Then you accidentally find it, take a good look at it, and realize it is the biggest piece of garbage in history and can’t figure out how it ever seemed cool.
Well this wasn’t the case this past weekend. Back in Mifflin County, PA for the holiday, a few of us met up at Paul’s house to watch a movie in order to quell the boredom that inevitably comes with being back home. We headed down to the basement to watch American Graffiti and what did we find beside the tv? Sickness and Health, the ski movie Paul made back in 1999, when he was in eighth grade. We immediately scrapped our initial plan and popped it in the VCR, fully expecting to laugh maniacally at the shotty editing and lame footage that would undoubtedly follow.
False. A decade later this movie still amazes me. At an age when the rest of us were piecing together poorly shot home movies with a VCR and experimenting with the star fade, Paul was shooting and editing a movie that continues to stand the test of time. Granted, if he made SAH today it would be miles above what it was at that time, but it amazes me that a kid that young could produce something that good.
Even if it sucks now, it’s awesome finding old stuff.

Polygonfont™
March 21st, 2009. By Paul.

A good friend of ours, D.C. based designer and typographer Andy Babb showed up on our stoop the other week with a stack of really nicely crafted, limited edition Polygon™ posters — more than enough to compensate for the stay, and many others to come for that matter. His bespoke typography work, pleasantly and discreetly archaic in nature, has taken an official step with [our] much awaited release of his Polygon™ Font Family and accompanying website
While I’ve seen a lot of the techy, cube crazy and geometrically-augmented font’s — there’s nothing quite like this.
